CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINES)

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
With less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Excellent oral and written communication skills
With good interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities: Engages effectively to clients and builds a shared understanding of issues
Provides effective and competent service to clients
Delivers a fast and accurate solution to clients’ concerns and/or complaints. Salary range: 18k-20k
