Job Description
Compiles, maintains and updates company records
Manage office inventory to ensure the regular supply of office materials
Set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and manage correspondence with external parties
Compile and maintain records of office business transactions
Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.
When necessary, assist in the collection of payments
Graduate of Accounting or related courses
Proficient in excel
Previous experience is an advantage
