Job Description

 Answer phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries.
 Compiles, maintains and updates company records
 Manage office inventory to ensure the regular supply of office materials
 Set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and manage correspondence with external parties
 Compile and maintain records of office business transactions
 Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, etc.
 When necessary, assist in the collection of payments
 Graduate of Accounting or related courses
 Proficient in excel
 Previous experience is an advantage
