Job Description

Job Summary:
- Leads the Analytics team to provide and process data from customer behavior to help make key business decisions via market segmentation and predictive analytics thru in depth understanding of the analytics required to improve performance using data, quantitative and statistical analysis and predictive modelling to transform data into business insights.
- Provide expertise to the team in defining which datasets are useful and how they can be leveraged to solve problems and increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Increase customer lifetime value across the business through the effective use of insights
- Supervise the team of analytics team that uses business data and methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area and methods of improving operations following the customer journey
- Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies
- Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning
- Ensures project/team milestone/goals are met and adhering to set timelines and guidelines • Design Dashboards for senior management
- Deliver customer insight as the core driver of all the decisions to make, from target segments, priority markets, channel selection, proposition development and retention strategy
- Responsible for the delivery of key predictive and descriptive models, such as
> Customer lifetime value models, and tenure-,
> Spend-, and price models. o Target customer identifications: Consumer and business acquisition segmentations, other applicable customer segmentation
> Acquisition: Channel optimization, Pricing elasticity, Marketing spends effectiveness
> Customer Base Management: Service- and channel preference models, Cross- and up- sell models
> Retention: Churn drivers, best retention offer model, Individual retention pricing, Retention optimization

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Communications Research or any Marketing, Economics or any Business course
Working Experience:
- Knowledgeable in Bottom-line impact: profits, revenues, or customer numbers.
- Experience senior role demonstrating ability to influence business to change based on insights by effective communications and stakeholder management
- Demonstrate bottom-line impact: profits, revenues, or customer numbers.
- Substantial experience in analysis role demonstrating hands-on ability to deliver insights and models that have directly led to improved business performance
- Minimum of at least 1-3 years’ work experience in:
> Market Research o Managing highly targeted/segmented digital marketing campaigns
> Business Review Reporting and Analysis
> Knowledgeable in online marketing and other marketing channels;
> Multi-channel marketing analytic

Skills:
- Expertise in delivering enhanced business performance
- Data Science as a means to an end - Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the business
- Ability to prioritize opportunities based on impact
- Possessing an innovative problem-solving mindset that is focused on delivering business value
- Able to quickly understand any aspect of the business from customer-facing activities to back office and provisioning of services
- With strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Marketing Campaign Conceptualization
- Excellent communications (oral and written skills)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Ability to generate insights from results of analysis
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Agile, versatile and well adept to extended working hours
- Ability to drive change and implement new initiatives and innovation
- Ability to develop complex business solutions
- Strong project management skill
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
