Job Description
- Leads the Marketing Performance Analytics in proactively identifying and surfacing opportunities to increase efficiency and improve our impressions, clicks, conversion rates, page rankings, SEO efforts, paid media campaigns, marketing spend, channel strategy, earned media mentions, and general communication, processes, tools, and system across organization.
- Leads the team in figuring the effectiveness of an organization’s marketing campaigns. This involves determining key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on campaign success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide data insights ranging from click attribution to media mix modeling to optimize marketing campaign on various channels.
- Measure, report and analyze user behavior and marketing channel results across products, channel platform and other performance segments.
- Use data from paid media ad platforms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner Tool, and other industry tools to drive insights and recommendations.
- Work with marketing channel owners to measure performance of new and existing campaigns
- Be an expert in customer data and help to identify and fill data gaps using internal resources outside vendors.
- Own monthly marketing KPI reports, spend time with marketing stakeholder to ensuring these reports meet the teams evolving data needs.
- Use market, product, customer data to develop diagnostic analyses, size opportunities, and business case
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Marketing, Economics, Statistics or any Business course
Working Experience:
- Knowledgeable in Bottom-line impact: profits, revenues, or customer numbers.
- Experience and ability to influence business to change based on insights by effective communications and stakeholder management
- Substantial experience in analysis role demonstrating hands-on ability to deliver insights and models that have directly led to improved business performance.
- Understanding of web and analytics/tracking technologies specifically Google Analytics
- Minimum of at least 1-3 years’ work experience in:
> Managing highly targeted/segmented digital marketing campaigns
> Business Review Reporting and Analysis
> Knowledgeable in online marketing and other marketing channel/touchpoints
> Multi-channel marketing analytics
