Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Psychology.
1-2 years of recruitment experience.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for open positions.
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring logistics.
Manage onboarding, background checks, and offboarding processes.
Maintain recruitment databases and analyze hiring trends.
Assist with other HR projects as needed.
