Job Description
Qualifications:
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or have completed a Medical Allied Course.
They must hold at least one active certification, such as a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license, U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license, Medical Coding Certification (CIC from AAPC, CCS from AHIMA), or certifications like CDIP/CCDS or CRCR.
RN applicants should have at least two years of inpatient concurrent Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience, along with either CCDS or CDIP certification.
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist and at least 3 to 5 years in a clinical or hospital setting.
Experience with MS-DRG and APR-DRG focused reviews is required.
Applicants must be willing to undergo on-site training.
