Job Description
**Qualifications:**
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a graduate of a Medical Allied Course
- Must currently hold and maintain at least one certification: active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) or U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license, or an active Medical Coding Certification (CIC from AAPC, CCS from AHIMA), or CDIP/CCDS, or CRCR
- RN candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of Inpatient concurrent Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) experience, with CCDS or CDIP certification required
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Clinical/Hospital experience
- Experience with MS-DRG and APR-DRG focused reviews
- Willingness to participate in on-site training.
- Salary:
- ₱85,000.00 Monthly
