Facility Staff

As FACILITY STAFF you are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Assists customers In determining the best size unit for their items.
Assists customers during their move in and move out process
Follows Up customers who inquire and current customers for payment reminders
Maintain the facility, office, and restroom to the highest possible level of cleanliness.
Performs facility walkthrough and check units on a regular basis.
Cleans vacant units to rentable conditions.
Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila

Minimum Qualification:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree or any related area.
Undergraduates with extensive work experience in food and logistics operations are encouraged to apply.
Skills such as strong project management skills, analytic skills, innovative adaptive skills are a plus factor.
Willing to learn, written and Oral Communication Skills and sharp attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
Open for Monday to Saturday work schedule.
