TASQ is actively seeking dynamic and motivated individuals proficient in both Korean and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting opportunity requires a strong command of both languages to assist customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers in both Korean and English, providing top-tier support through phone, chat, or email.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, clear, and helpful solutions.
Document customer interactions and feedback in an organized and timely manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
Proficient in both Korean and English (written and verbal communication).
Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
Currently residing in Cebu City or within Cebu province (or willing to relocate).
Availability to attend a screening interview and be reachable for future communication.
