Job Description

A kitchen line cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to restaurant recipes and standards. Baking skills is a major plus. They work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring food quality, consistency, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and chef instructions
• Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food is plated properly and presented according to restaurant standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
• Assist with inventory management and communicate shortages to supervisors
• Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues
• Adapt to different kitchen roles as needed
Salary:
