Job Description

Job Summary: The JDVP (Joint Delivery Voucher Program) Focal will oversee the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the JDVP within the TechVoc Department, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and effective delivery of vocational training.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical-Vocational Education, or any related field. TESDA National Certificate (NC) in a relevant vocational course is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 6 months -1 year of experience in technical-vocational education, program coordination, or administrative roles in an educational institution.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with TESDA-accredited programs, JDVP guidelines, and TechVoc curriculum implementation.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders, instructors, and students.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
- Leadership & Initiative: Ability to oversee program activities, monitor compliance, and ensure smooth program execution.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willing to perform other related tasks and support the department as needed.
