Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience (2+ years) in product development, ideally with a focus on sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of product-market fit and customer needs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to support sales efforts.
Experience working with sales teams to align product development with market demand.
KEY ROLES:
Develop and enhance products based on customer feedback and market trends.
Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical expertise for product solutions.
Support sales efforts by providing product knowledge, presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
Assist in creating product specifications, features, and benefits that appeal to customers.
Analyze market performance and customer feedback to suggest product improvements.
