Job Description
Preferred Location: Paranaque, Makati, Alabang, Las Pinas
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop products based on client requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Analyze potential partnerships for products within the company’s portfolio.
Inspire and lead team members effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
Ensure proper documentation and timely project completion.
Conduct market research to define requirements for current and future products.
Prepare proposals and tenders within three working days (or up to one week for tenders).
Coordinate effectively with clients and the Engineering team during project implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in supervising and managing a professional sales team.
Strong skills in financial planning, marketing, sales strategy, competitive analysis, product development, and client relationship management.
