Salary Range: P40,000.00 - P45,000.00
Job Description:
The Accounting Supervisor oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing decision support to management and optimizing the company’s financial performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role handling finance and accounting functions.
Strong background in general and cost accounting, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems (CAS), preferably SAP.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage confidential issues and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and interpret financial reports for management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, GAAP, and tax regulations.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Oversee intercompany transactions, bank transactions, and legal document management.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Implement and monitor internal controls and cost-saving measures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.
