Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer challenges.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
