Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
-Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
-Assist customers in navigating products/services, troubleshooting issues, and placing orders
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
-Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary
-Follow company guidelines and procedures to uphold service standards
Compensation:
-Basic Salary: Up to 26,000 PHP
-Night differential

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
-NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
-Willing to work in shifting schedules
-Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
