Job Description
• Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content strategy, and analytics.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PPC campaign management
(Google Ads).
• Web Proficiency: Experience with CMS (WordPress), basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript adjustments for website and landing page optimization.
• Soft Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities; adept at setting measurable KPIs and tracking campaign
performance.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Content Strategy
-Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to develop impactful SEO strategies.
-Analyze competitors and backlink profiles to uncover opportunities for organic growth.
-Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (e.g., internal linking, page speed, schema markup, headers).
-Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and social media integration to boost site authority.
-Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, audience needs, and SEO goals.
2. Analytics & Optimization
-Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor SEO performance, set goals, and deliver in-depth reports.
-Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads; conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
-Lead conversion rate optimization efforts, including A/B testing of landing pages, UX design improvements, and behavior analysis.
-Track KPIs related to organic traffic, conversions, and other key metrics to continuously refine strategies and meet performance goals.
3. Web Development & Technical Support
-Use CMS platforms like WordPress to optimize site structure and functionality, with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
-Collaborate with web development teams to make adjustments to landing pages and ensure SEO-friendly design principles are applied.
-Lead SEO initiatives independently, including keyword strategy, link-building, and competitor analysis.
4. Project Management & Leadership
-Manage multiple digital marketing projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.
-Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices in SEO and content development.
-Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)
Work schedule: 5AM – 2PM or 6AM - 3PM (AU account)
