JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in web operations, website management, or a similar role.
Experience in web technologies, content management systems (e.g., Craft CMS), and performance optimization.
Experience in A/B Testing tools (e.g., VWO), version control tools (e.g., GitHub), and website publishing workflows.
Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
Amenable to working in a hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
Willing to work a mid-shift (starting at 3 PM Philippine Time).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the consistent operation of all web properties by monitoring website traffic, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
Identify and address issues impacting site performance and user experience.
Conduct regular audits of the website’s technology and content performance, providing recommendations to enhance site speed, security, and user engagement.
Work closely with web development teams to implement fixes, updates, and new features. Coordinate experiments to test the effectiveness of site changes.
Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize the website for SEO, SEM, and social media, implementing best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Oversee and manage website implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
