Job Description

Required Skills/Experience
· Effective leadership and influencing skills,

· Strong verbal and written communication skills,

· Understanding and knowledge of PH legislation to ensure business compliance,
· Understanding of local Labor law
· Extensive experience on reports analysis, Attrition and Retention Management + Engagement
· Strong attention to details, receptive to feedback
· Experience with HR Analytics, dashboard and reporting a plus
· Flexible on working hours. Hybrid, minimum 2 days in a week reporting to office, mid to late shift, depending on business need.
