Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to drive social selling, thought leadership, and executive brand development for senior leaders in our professional services (BPO) firm. This role focuses on engaging senior B2B audiences through strategic content creation and social media initiatives, particularly on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Social Selling & Thought Leadership: Develop strategies to enhance executives’ online presence and build professional networks.
Executive Personal Branding: Collaborate with senior leaders to craft compelling content aligned with company values.
Content Creation & Curation: Write, edit, and optimize organic and paid content to drive engagement and credibility.
Audience Engagement & Growth: Identify and engage B2B decision-makers, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies.
Platform Management & Optimization: Stay updated on social trends, track campaign success, and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategies.
Collaboration & Training: Align social strategies with marketing and sales teams, while guiding executives on best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:
7+ years in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing (B2B focus).
Proven success in executive branding and LinkedIn engagement.
Experience in professional services, technology, or BPO preferred.
Preference for candidates available during U.S. market hours.

Skills:
Strong writing, storytelling, and content strategy expertise.
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and social analytics tools.
Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
