About the role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be implementing the company’s marketing strategy and providing general administrative duties to support the CEO and the business.

Role Scope: Client and Sales Admin, Office Management, Marketing Communications, Direct Marketing and CRM.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

● Execute marketing initiatives, with particular focus on email and direct marketing, social media and events.

● Design experience on platforms such as the Adobe suite, Canva, Gamma.

● Work closely with our leadership team to support business proposals and cement new clients.

Admin Support

● Provide administrative support to the CEO

● Marketing, sales and metrics reporting

● Coordinate board meetings and preparation of compliance documentation

Requirements:

● Exposure to marketing with an understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

● Experience in short form social content as well as media releases, blogs and marketing collateral.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Experience in a busy administration role

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
