Job Description
• Strategically prospecting key account targets & contacts.
• Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects using content, email, phone, and social media.
• Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the client’s needs and challenges.
• Conducting effective qualification conversations with prospects through your deep understanding of our product value proposition.
• Setting prospect meetings with our Sales Executives.
• Recording accurate information on both the prospects and your interaction within the CRM.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling to generate sales opportunities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Some experience with CRM software (preferred) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Formal tertiary education in a relevant field (e.g., business, hospitality management, event management) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and memorable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills, connecting our product capabilities with customers' business needs.
• Empathetic nature, genuinely caring about improving business practices for our customers.
• Experience in outbound B2B phone sales.
• Ability to uphold and reflect the brand reputation through excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of the selling environment, customer value, and economic drivers.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Work set-up:
• Working Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MNL)
• Hybrid Set-up in Eastwood Quezon City (2-3x a week in the office)
• Must have a strong internet connection with minimum of 20 mbps for both download and upload speed
