Job Description
Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist
Location: Quezon City
Set-up: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 37,000 + PHP 2,000 (Allowance) + Night Shift Differential
Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to external and internal customer requests via phone and email in a fast-paced, highly complex environment
Independently collect past-due invoices via phone, email, or portal
Reconcile complex accounts and resolve customer disputes by collaborating with internal teams
Process daily/month-end account reconciliations and cash applications
Prepare weekly aging reports and prioritize accounts based on overdue status
Negotiate payment plans and review accounts for credit releases
Qualifications:
Graduates of Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related courses with AR/Collections experience
Open to undergraduates with Collections or Accounts Receivables experience
At least 2 years experience in AR
