Job Description
Virtual Recruitment | Open to Fresh Graduates
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Up to 36,000 PHP + Allowance
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure customer payments are applied accurately and timely in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Apply receipts to open balances and rectify processing errors if needed.
Download customer remittance details and apply payments accordingly.
Research unidentified payments and coordinate with Cash Collectors for correct posting.
Maintain a Daily Cash Receipt file to document cash application processing time.
Respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
Create and distribute monthly reports.
Attend Monthly AR Meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account payments.
Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTP).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required).
Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance concepts.
0-5 years of relevant experience (Salary will vary depending on experience).
Open to fresh graduates.
