Job Description
* Prepare and submit daily report progress and plans
* Monitor the daily task of the whole department and subordinates
* Monitor the Technical Line, Viber updates, and reports
* Check email and respond if needed
* Arrange and contact the technical team and all the branches.
* Prepare and arrange the materials
* Arrange and contact to contractors for branches
* Monitor and check the performance of Contractors, Technicians, Maintenance Team onsite, Asses and report to the management.
* Counter check and review of technical expense
* Receive, review of PO, Liquidations, and payment request submitted.
* Check and finalize time keeping of the department every cut-off.
OTHERS:
Salary Rang: Php 22,000 - 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
