Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
 Able to move projects and tasks forward, coordinating various team members
 while staying aligned with the business mandate
 A highly organized and detail-oriented
 Highly effective administrative support to senior executives
 Superior time management skills, able to prioritize and multi-task ensuring timely
completion of projects
 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
 Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board
meetings, conferences etc.
 Attend meetings and keep minutes
 Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
 Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
 Make travel arrangements for executives
 Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
 Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most
cost-effective orders
 Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and
easily accessible
 Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports are assigned
 Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time
