Responsibilities
Generate attendance report, check accuracy and coordinate with timekeepers for correction or update of any incorrect or missing data
Reprocessing and finalizing of attendance records for payroll reference
Prepare and upload other income items
Prepare and upload deduction items
Prepare Final Pay computation and documents such as ITR and Quit Claim Waiver
Generate and save payroll and attendance reports
Maintain trackers (13th month, leaves, clearance, etc.)
Process documents for submission to government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG)
Process Document requests (Payslips/ITR/ Contribution or loan payment certificates/MDR, etc.)
Conduct file review and reconciliations when needed
Assist with any other activities within the Finance Department as necessary

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or similar course
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and/or Cubao office
Can start immediately
Salary:
₱21,500.00 Monthly
