Position: Japanese Technical Support for Medical Devices

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift/Mid shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Open for Japanese National, Filipino-Japanese, or Filipino who grew up in Japan and are fluent in Japanese (oral and written)
✔ Good communication skills in English
✔ Japanese N1 - N2 Passer or Level (JLPT certificate not required)
✔ Bachelor's Degree in any course
✔ With or without experience in BPO

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests from Japanese clients or customers related to medical device issues.
✔ Provide first-level support in basic troubleshooting across the designated product range by analyzing customer concerns and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
✔ Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
✔ Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
✔ Perform another task if needed

✔ Initial English language interview by telephone
✔ Written assessment via Skype (video-monitored)
✔ Video Skype interview with team leader and manager
✔ Language assessment with Japanese client
