Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Associate to join our
team. This role will involve providing administrative support in various HR functions,
including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Compliance.
The ideal candidate should be willing to be assigned within the Visayas Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting
initial interviews, and on boarding new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, promoting a
positive workplace culture, and issuing memoranda and disciplinary actions as
necessary. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-
keeping.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management processes, including feedback and employee
development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects, training programs, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any
related field.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, on boarding,
performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Skills:
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency in administrative writing.
- Solid research and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Capability to analyze information and contribute to HR decision-making.

- ₱12,000.00 Monthly
