Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and oversee the marketing calendar for brands, ensuring alignment with strategies and sales goals. Plan and execute campaigns, including digital marketing, promotions, and events.
* Product Bundles & Promotions: Design and implement promotional campaigns and product bundles to drive sales. Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams for successful execution.
* Activations & Events: Plan and execute brand activations and customer-facing events, partnering with distributors and retailers for smooth execution.
* Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build initiatives like influencer collaborations and CSR campaigns to foster brand loyalty. Develop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
* Collaboration & Coordination: Work with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align marketing activities. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing reports and insights. Propose improvements based on data and trends.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1 year of experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG experience a plus).
* Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and managing projects.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics software.
* Strong creative, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
