Job Description

Salary:
- PHP 18,000 - PHP 20,000 + 3% commission for all sales gathered if quota is met with mandatory benefits upon regularization

Location:
- San Antonio Village, Makati City

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (agents - depending on their travel schedules)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the trade industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products
- Willing to travel
- Must be knowledgeable in Visayas and Mindanao areas

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for clients to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and networking.
- Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Market Insights: Analyze the market potential and track sales performance.
- Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and product demand.
