Job Description
★Sales Performance – Revenue
-Ensure achievement of sales target especially retail sales agent.
★Operations Process
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure store processes/guidelines/forms are consistently implemented.
★Customer Service
-Ensure all complaints not solved more than 48 hours are resolved.
Store Quality
-Ensure compliance on standard cleanliness and organization.
★Financial Management
-Monitor store budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure 0 retail and in-shop variance
★People Management
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure Monthly PA of Beauty Therapist(BT’s)
