Job Description
- Graduate of any Business or Marketing related courses
Experience:
- 5 years as Sales Manager gained from a Manufacturing Industry
Certification or Licenses/:
- Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
Other Qualifications :
- Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products (Meal Box, Paper Cups, sandwich wrapper, etc.)
- Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
- Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
- Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
- Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Knowledgeable with team building techniques
- Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
- Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
- Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
- Preferably below 50 years old
- Salary:
- ₱40,000.00 Monthly
