Job Description

Marketing Manager’s job responsibilities include but is not limited to:

1. Creative Planning: Leading in the creation of fresh and creative ideas for the marketing strategies to increase the brand’s exposure in the market.
• Brand Strategy: Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning.

2. Execution: Overseeing the whole execution of the marketing strategies, including digital, offline, big, and small campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and email.
• Customer Engagement: Building relationships with customers through personalized communication and engagement strategies.

3. Teamwork: Brainstorming and collaborating with the team to come up with marketing ideas to be implemented
• Team Collaboration: Leading and coordinating with the management, marketing team, external agencies, and other departments.

4. Leading: Leading, motivating, and training the marketing personnel to achieve the company’s goal.

5. Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of specific marketing strategies and devising plans to increase sale performance

6. Reporting: Measuring, analyzing, and delivering the results of the company’s advertising strategies.
• Reporting and Metrics: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

7. Research: Conducting research to gain data about new marketing strategies, consumers’ behavior, and company’s positioning in the market.
• Market Research and Analysis: Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Salary:
