Job Description
Shift Schedule: Graveyard shifting
Requirements:
At least 2 years completed in college
At least 2 years as a QA Assistant Manager/ TL /Sr. TL level role in BPO
MUST HAVE an understanding of NPS calculation/CSAT
Knowledge of Quality tools and analysis
Experience in Financial (prefer)
Knowledge of Quality framework deployment in new transitions
6 years overall experience in BPO
