Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure quality standards are met.
Document quality metrics and performance issues for review.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve team performance.
Lead quality assurance projects and contribute to process improvements.
Serve as the go-to expert for complex QA issues, offering solutions and guidance.
Oversee daily operations and coordinate short- to medium-term QA activities.
Develop and refine quality policies, processes, and standards.
Manage and mentor a team of Specialists and Support staff to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Advanced experience in quality assurance and customer service.
Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and develop new quality solutions.
Strong coaching, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in team coordination and performance management.
Ability to contribute to policy, process, and standard development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willing to work onsite with a shifting schedule.
