Job Description

Perform internal audits under the guidance of the Internal Audit Team Leader. This includes reviewing the organization's policies, procedures, processes, files, and documentation to ensure they comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Principal Duties:
-Examine functions and activities in assigned areas to understand operations and assess the control system's effectiveness in achieving objectives.
-Help determine the direction and focus of proposed audit activities and the techniques to be used.
-Participate in planning the audit's scope and assist in preparing an audit program.
Identify key control points in the system.
-Conduct audits professionally, following the approved audit program.
-Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to form an objective opinion on the system's adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
-Provide oral or written reports to management during and after the examination.
-Prepare written reports, as requested, on the system's adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
-Assess the suitability of corrective actions taken to address deficiencies and preventive actions to eliminate causes, aiming to improve the organization's workflow or situation.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
-Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related course.
-Experience: At least two years of basic internal auditing experience.

Competencies:
-Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or ISO standards.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon.
