Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise all property management activities, including village maintenance, utilities, security, and general services.
-Conduct regular inspections and oversee scheduled maintenance for subdivisions, amenities, and Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) units.
-Manage repairs and renovations of RFO units, ensuring quality work and on-time completion.
-Address customer concerns and provide updates on project progress.
-Assist in forming and registering Homeowners’ Associations (HOA), including legal documentation and registration.
-Oversee the operation of the company’s water services, including billing, collection, and system maintenance.
-Ensure all subdivision facilities and RFO units have proper utility connections.
-Solve operational issues and improve service processes.
-Prepare reports, conduct meetings, and review department policies and procedures.
-Handle budgeting, resource planning, and performance evaluations for the department.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of an Engineering-related course.
-At least 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on project and property management.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Can handle pressure and willing to work long hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
-Willing to travel.
