Job Description

Our client is looking for a Human Resources and Administration Director who is willing to work in the office in Lucena City.

This role is key to the company’s growth. The HR and Admin Director will oversee company policies, programs, and services, including hiring, employee development, compensation, benefits, labor relations, legal compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
-Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and employee development.
-Enhance employee engagement through effective communication and recognition initiatives.
-Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
-Ensure company policies follow labor laws and industry regulations.
-Oversee compensation and benefits to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
-Analyze HR data and provide reports to guide decision-making.
-Supervise employee performance evaluations, training, and leadership programs.
-Oversee administrative functions, including security, facility management, and record-keeping.
-Mentor and guide the HR team for continuous improvement.
-Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 15 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
-Must be willing to work in the office in Lucena City.
