Job Description
objective of this role is to ensure efficient and continuous HR support, promoting harmonious relations
within the organization.
This position is urgent, as the current HR Supervisor's last working day is March 31st. We are looking to
onboard the right candidate promptly to maintain seamless HR operations.
Job Scope:
Oversee all aspects of HR: Recruitment, employment, employee relations, training, and
development
Maintain harmonious industrial relations, including organizational health and well-being
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
Supervise and oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and structures
Review, develop, and recommend improvements to the organizational structure, processes, and
policies
Proactively address HR concerns and issues
Support employees' professional and personal growth through supervision and oversight
Engage in company planning and organizational meetings
Maintain the completeness and confidentiality of all HR records
Represent the company in external HR communities and associations
Graduate of Psychology or Management
