Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive product awareness and sales.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and operations teams.
- Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
- Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
