Job Description
Required Experience:
・Bachelor’s degree holder (Engineering, Quality Management, or related field)
・At least 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
・Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949
・Experience in team management and supervision
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
・Excellent communication skills (internal and external coordination)
・Experience in quality control in the automotive parts or copier industry is highly preferred
・Knowledge of quality control tools such as QC 7 tools, FMEA, and PPAP is a plus
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
・Oversee product quality control and quality assurance operations
・Conduct quality checks and implement process improvements
・Analyze defective products and plan corrective actions
・Handle quality-related coordination with customers and suppliers
・Ensure compliance with quality management standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
・Maintain and improve the company’s quality management system
・Supervise and lead the quality control team
・Develop and implement strategies to improve production line quality
