We’re Hiring: BPO Senior Operations Manager (Mandarin) – Social Media Account
Location: Molino, Bacoor, Cavite (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 199,000

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale operations, ensuring strategic alignment, and driving performance excellence in a dynamic social media environment. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end operations for a team of at least 300 FTEs, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Overseeing client and vendor management, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Driving financial and business performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Leading a multilingual team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across functions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proficiency in Mandarin (CEFR C1) & English (CEFR B2) – Strong bilingual communication skills.
✔ At least 5 years of experience in client & vendor management within a BPO environment.
✔ Proven expertise in managing large teams (300+ FTEs) with a strong focus on performance and people management.
✔ Business & financial acumen – Ability to analyze and optimize operational costs while driving revenue.
✔ Strategic leadership skills – Ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite.
