Job Description
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping software;
Mathematical and analytical skills;
Ability to concentrate in details;
Aptitude for figures;
Well organized;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Must be able to meet deadlines; and
Aptitude for working with computers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receives and records invoices and arranges payment;
Prepares and sends invoices to debtors;
Prepares regular reports and summaries of accounting activities;
Verifies recorded transactions and report irregularities to management;
Prepares reconciliations of accounts;
In charge with updating and processing company accreditations;
BIR filing and consolidation;
In charge with petty cash disbursement and ensuring expenses are consolidated for end-of-day and end-of-week reporting whichever is applicable; and
Administrative task.
Salary Range with Experience: 25,000
Salary Range w/o Experience : 16,000
