Job Description
✔️ A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent.
✔️ Thorough grasp of training methods and planning
✔️ Strong admin skills
✔️ Full commitment to helping others in the company
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
✔️ Must have strong enthusiasm and genuine passion for educating others
Roles and Responsibilities:
✔️ Implement training KPIs
✔️ Identify training needs
✔️ Help the Training Manager evaluate the training effectiveness
✔️ Deliver training courses
✔️ Help design, execute, and manage training initiatives
✔️ Willing to travel to nearby cities to conduct training
