Job Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm
Salary: Open for negotiation – Option for percentage-based compensation per enrollee or a fixed basic salary.

Oversee the BS in Customs Administration program, ensuring compliance with CHED standards.

1. Develop and update the curriculum to align with industry trends and government regulations.
2. Lead and support faculty members in delivering quality education.
3. Monitor student performance, academic progress, and program outcomes.
4. Establish partnerships with industry professionals, government agencies (e.g., BOC), and accrediting bodies.
5. Organize seminars, training, and professional development programs for students and faculty.
6. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:
✔ Master’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
✔ Licensed Customs Broker.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Customs Administration or related fields.
✔ Strong knowledge of customs laws, international trade, logistics, and taxation.
✔ Leadership and management experience in an academic or industry setting.
