Job Description
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
✔️ Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles
✔️ Facilitation skills to lead engaging training sessions
✔️ Knowledge of adult learning principles
✔️ Technical proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software
✔️ At least two years of experience in training and development
✔️With a bachelor's degree in any relevant field or course
✔️ Keen eye for details
Roles and Responsibilities:
✔️Maintain training records, tracking participant attendance, and managing training schedules.
✔️Create and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
✔️Help identify training needs within departments or for specific roles by analyzing performance data, feedback, and job requirements.
✔️Help design training content, including course outlines, learning objectives, and presentation materials, in alignment with the company's identified training needs.
✔️Provide training for new employees during their onboarding process.
✔️Work with subject matter experts, department managers and section heads, and other training team members to ensure training content is relevant and aligned with business goals.
