About the Role:
We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to drive the growth and market expansion of our retail audio and sound electronics products. The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a proven track record in increasing sales, market share, and profitability in the consumer electronics industry. With strong expertise in change management, this leader must be adaptable to different workplace environments, able to work at all levels, and thrive in an evolving and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Strategy Development – Create and execute innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Retail & Distribution Expansion – Identify new retail, B2B, e-commerce, and distribution channels to maximize sales.
- Change Management & Business Transformation – Lead the sales organization through market shifts, industry trends, and company expansion efforts.
-Customer & Market Insights – Analyze consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- High-Performance Sales Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven sales team.
- Partnership & Key Account Management – Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Sales Forecasting & Budgeting – Oversee financial planning, ensuring accurate sales projections, pricing strategies, and cost management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Hands-on & Adaptive Leadership – Be willing to engage at all levels, from high-level strategy to direct involvement in key business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 to 20 years of proven experience as Head of Sales, Sales Director, or a similar leadership role in the audio and sound electronics industry.
- Strong background in retail sales, channel distribution, and market expansion for consumer electronics.
- Experience in change management and leading sales organizations through transformation.
- Expertise in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, pricing, and performance tracking.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig, Monday to Friday.
