Job Description
Summarize financial data and prepare various BIR forms including withholding tax for compensation, at-source and final tax.
- BIR eSales Reporting
Gather, validate and encode data for BIR eSales reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monthly Rental Checks and BIR Form 2307
Check data and prepare checks for monthly rentals that are accompanied by the corresponding BIR Form 2307 for proper documentation.
- Liquidation of Advances and Petty Cash Expense
Manage the liquidation process for advances and petty cash expenses as well as maintaining accurate financial records
- Additional Accounting Duties
Perform various accounting tasks as required and contributes to the overall efficiency of the accounting department.
- Professional Development
Attend accredited seminars aimed at enhancing both professional growth and the growth of the company.
Graduate with any 4 years course related to Accounting, Finance etc. (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Willing to work at Banawe Quezon Ave. Quezon City (Head Office) Metro Manila
Can work on site, Monday-Friday
Knowledge in Microsoft offices
With or without experience
