Job Description
Role Overview:
Drive technology solutions and service delivery to support global supply chain operations. Manage projects, develop products, and ensure smooth solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage small to medium-scale projects across IT and business teams.
Gather and document business requirements; create presentations and demos.
Support product development, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Assist with solution rollouts, UAT, data migration, and customer support.
Conduct training and prepare product guidelines.
Qualifications:
4+ years in international supply chain logistics (Import/Export).
2+ years in project management (global setting).
Bachelor’s degree required.
Skilled in PowerPoint, Visio, Project, with knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
